A monitor service that patches into any house.
This isn't a PA company or a drop-off rental — your venue's FOH system stays exactly as it is. We split every stage input, hand your house console a clean, transformer-isolated copy of all 32 channels, and take over the part most houses struggle with: monitors.
- One team, accountable. The team that owns the rig sets it up, mixes the show, and strikes it. No finger-pointing between a gear supplier and an operator.
- Self-mix on tablets. Every musician has the option to control their own in-ear mix from a tablet, over the network we bring — no extra hardware on stage.
- Isolated house split. Transformer-isolated analog split (works with any console) or digital AES50/Dante split — ground-loop and phantom safe, with independent gain for your FOH.
- Backing tracks. Click and tracks run from our playback system, on their own channels.
- Multitrack recording included. Every show is captured in multitrack. If you want the concert mixed, we have our own recording studio — mix, overdubs, editing, mastering.
- Self-contained. Two rolling racks, own power distribution, one cable to FOH. Small footprint, fast in and out.

Who you're working with.
John Bozza · Live Sound Engineer · Producer
John Bozza has worked in the music industry since the late '90s — as a producer, recording engineer, and front-of-house and monitor mix engineer. A professional engineer with both an electrical and a musical background, he has designed audio equipment and produced and engineered records for local artists.
The service is built around one idea: the performance is your concern, the sound is ours. John and his team handle pre-production, coordination with the venue, load-in, patching, soundcheck, and the mix — out front and in your ears.
